We book this hotel through Booking. Booking has a bug, when setting 2 adults and 2 babies, the hotel gets info that client needs stay for 4 people. Since we had twins with twin stroller I wrote the hotel to get an accessible room. The guy at reception was amazing, when we arrived he showed me all possibilities and explain they got asked for 4 people. He cancelled the booking without fees and charged us only for a room for a couple, so we ended paying less and with an accessible room on the ground floor.
The room was sparkling clean, comfy beds and the breakfast being free was very good!!

Nice and clean place for tourists. There is large car parking, free WiFi and entertainment for the children & adult.

excellent in every respect, 4* service. Clean room, with a comfortable temperature, and unfortunately this is not a given, comfort of all kinds and small attentions that make the difference, such as 2 pillows in the beds, welcome chocolates and courtesy bottles of water in the fridge, replenished every day. Very good breakfast, with fresh cakes, homemade yoghurts, artisanal jams, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc, etc, etc. Large bathroom with large shower and abundant hot water, another thing that is not always a given. Very good for the price paid. Friendly and helpful staff and free internal parking, which is always a pleasure. Excellent experience. The only note is the smell of the sulphurous waters of the nearby spa which you may or may not like, which wasn't a problem for us.
